Three-Dimensional Measurement of Roughness of Wood Surface
Primary profiles were measured three-dimensionally from 20 by 10mm area of wood surface using the stylus instrument. The characteristics of surfaces which derived from processing and wood cellular structures and could not find from a two-dimensional primary profile were visualized.
