Detection of Gases from Termites Using Ceramic Gas Sensors

- Relationships of AE Generation and Gas Concentration Generated by The Feeding Activity of Termites -

The detection of metabolic gases from termites using ceramic gas sensors have been investigated, for detection of termite attack in wooden house as early as possible. In this study, the relationships between the gas concentrations and acoustic emission (AE) generated by the feeding activity of termite were considered.
