This system is for detecting AEs generated by termite attack in the wooden buildings at the scene. AEs are detected by Piezoelectric sensors attached on the wood surface and recorded in the personal computer after filtering, amplifying and discriminating at the preprocessing system. The real-time time change of AE rate is represented on the monitor. And the data are served on the floppy disk for the detail analysis.
